Erica Rideau is our certified yoga instructor. Erica discovered Crossfit while working at Lululemon Athletica and found it to be an awesome complement to her training at the San Francisco Circus Center, studying Aerial Skills, and Acroyoga. Erica is also our Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue, Sports therapy, zen shiatsu, and Thai Yoga massage. She has been a practicing yogi since 2006, and with her background in Massage Therapy and yoga, she brings the perfect balance to Crossfit. Erica leads our CrossFit/Yoga fusion class and is a great resource for stretching and mobility.
