Anyone have special training recommendations for the week before?
Just come in and do the regular crossfit WODs. You should be fine. CFSM Elite Ninjas will be doing running WODs on the weekends to prepare for the up hill/mountain run. You are more than welcome to join us.
Goal Completed. Tough Mudder was a blast! Thanks for all the help preparing. I should be back in the gym in a week or so.
