Goal update: 8/30
After being inspired by Jen after she hit her pull up goal, I turned on Robeast mode and knocked off the following:
20+ wall balls @ 20 lbs. - did this as part of a WOD awhile back
20+ DU - YES! Like, I've only been doing this everyday for 6 months now. You'd think I'd get it before now but I'm slightly awkward. Anycase, I was in the 25-ish range. I'm sure I can do much more.
30" waist - I recently graduated to the last loop in my belt hole, and that's the 30" mark.
So what's left?
10+ kipping pullups - I can do them, but not consecutively in a pretty way. Working on my RIDDUM.
10% body fat - Yeah right. I'm still in the 20% range.

Triple digit OHS

10+ kipping pullups DONE - So after Fran yesterday I was possessed to do it. 10 was easy as pie. Still need to work on the technique and rhythm but I have this one in my back pocket.
