Unfortunately, injuries are a part of the game. While they do arise, they don't have to knock you out of the game (aka the gym)!!
As your coaches, we want to know what our athletes injury statuses are so we can have them addressed immediately. Remember, we can always train around injuries. The most important thing an athlete can do is stay active, keep themselves mentally sharp and control cortisol (stress levels). All of these lead back to getting in the gym and keeping your body moving.
