I am currently using a 4-block Zone nutrition plan.
(Note: Mixed nuts means a 4 block mix of almonds, pecans, macadamia, brazil, walnut nuts)
Breakfast: Post-workout protein shake(a custom mix of my own insanity), 1 apple, 1 orange, mixed nuts.
Lunch: 1 green bell pepper, 1 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup green grapes, 1 roma tomato, mix of nuts, and ~4oz total of sharp cheddar cheese, sliced roast beef, and sliced roast turkey breast.
Snack: 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 cup grapes, mixed nuts.
Dinner: ~6oz (pre-cooked) burger (dry with onions, lettuce(iceberg), tomato and no bun), mixed green salad (no dressing) with 1/2 tomato. Shared an apple crepe for dessert (was not worth it).
