Hey guys,
Open gym is now starting 9:30-11:30am on Saturdays.
This will not be a charged visit for a class. You guys have asked for an open gym time and I think it's a great idea. Ideally I'd like it to be for people who want to come in, do some mobility work, lift on their own, work on a skill or just come in to hang out. It won't be formal and there will only be 1 coach on the floor.
If you want to bring another gym member to help spot or work together, that wouldn't be a bad idea. Of course I'll help where I can but if 20 people show up it may get a little hectic.
Obviously you could game the system and use it as a class. I hope that this will be an additional slot of time in your training to make you a better, more mobile athlete.
