Hey guys, Burlingame track will be closed for the summer. We're going to be meeting at San Mateo Highschool.
Please arrive at 7 and immediately start your warmup.
Warmup should be:
2 lap jog
10 leg swings (front/back, side/side)
10 good mornings
10 squats w/ groin stretch
We'll follow that up with technique drills and the running wod. See you there!
